To use the Shoulder Triggerpoint Pillow, warm and drape over and around shoulders. The pillow is
designed to rest over numerous specific muscle attachments where tension, muscle fatigue, and pain occur. This pillow functions
ergonomically to relax muscles by compression, warmth (increasing circulation) and design.
The actions of counter-balance and counter-pressure are what make this design effective. Your shoulders
begin to relax and regain proper alignment. You will feel like you have just been embraced in natural comfort.
Warm the pillow about 3 minutes in your microwave (the length of time will vary with level of power
of your microwave). Increase the time in 15 second intervals to test your microwave. When rewarming the pillow as it begins
to cool, only microwave at 30 second intervals. This will keep your pillow wonderfully fragrant for hundreds of warmings.
The warmth will last approximately 45-60 minutes. All pillows include an instruction card and suggestions for a variety
of uses. The secret to longevity is in NOT overheating your pillow. It does not need to be HOT. The weight will carry the

most frequently cause the greatest pain. As a historical note, this is the condition I saw in my clients and was the reason
I created this design many years ago. I felt that there needed to be a simple and natural, non-invasive, non-pharmaceutical
method of providing relief from the pain they were experiencing.
This design effectively offers not only relief, but affects the underlying problems in soft tissue
pain by providing gentle compression and increasing circulation, and causing a 'flushing' of increased oxygen to tissues and
